Ever wonder why Kodak Processing through qualex can never cut neg
correctly? Even when you ask them to? Is it really that hard to cut
them in strips of 4? My last roll I got back something like this

mostly cut in 3 and 2's now how hard is it to cut in strips of 4?
can anyone shed some light on this????
