Cyrano - I did not see your original posting and was about to post the
same problem - I have Dell Dimension with ME. I have version 3.3 of
Easyshare. It works OK but have the shutdown problem.

I have found though that Hibernate and Restart both work. now I do
Hibernate and occasionally Restart to clear Temp files.

Norman - are you sure version 4 will cure the problem?
