I don't think you can get where you need to be from photos.  DXF is vector

based, and photos are raster, or like raster.  I usually trace over photos

in AutoCAD for things like that, then scale to match a real world
dimension 
on the part.  That's a very innacurate way to work though.  You really
need 
the part in front of you where you can measure it and draw it accurately.
