The CorelDRAW 12 suite can save as DXF (AutoCAD) file type, but you'd
have to convert the photo with CorelTRACE and I'm not so sure it would
be accurate enough or get the result that you want.
The resultant vector graphics file will look okay in a graphics program,
but I think it may not be suitable for running a CNC machine from.
You would have to try it and see for yourself.
The procedure to trace a raster file into a vector file is as follows:
Open CorelDRAW.
Click on the "rocket" (launch) icon and select CorelTRACE.
CorelTRACE then opens.
Click [file]->[open].
Select your picture file and double-click on it.
Chose the type of trace you want, or change the settings to suit.
Click on [image]->[mode] to select the colout mode for the original to
be traced, it also sets the clour mode for the tracing.
Click on [trace]->[by (type)] to get it to trace the picture.
Click on [file]->[save trace result], select [DXF - AutoCAD] for
file-type and then click [save].
