It's pretty meaningless.

High-end regular cameras (i.e. not special scientific/technical ones) go
to about 1/16000 sec. You'll rarely use faster than about 1/2000, if
that.

That's focussing range, not focal length - you can focus down to 50cm.
The camera has a fixed 9.6mm lens, you can't its the focal length.
