Black and White, again...

Well I looked at the digital stuff for decent black and white photography
on 
an unobtrusive digital camera.

I've come up with a couple of possibilities:

The Cannon Powershot G9,  which seems to do everything I want,  although
I'm 
not too sure how accessible the manual controls are,  and the Panasonic 
Lumix DMC-LX2.

Both are somewhere around the high end of my budget.

Any comments?

Because I can still feel the idea of buying a new Voigtlander rangefinder 
tugging at me...
