I agree a hundred percent.

I've got a complete colour darkroom, but can't afford to play with it
nearly 
as much as I'd like to.  The chemistry just costs too much when its no 
longer a business.

That's where the digital comes in.  I can play with it all I want at
little 
or no cost.  Then, when I find something I like, I bring out the old film 
cameras and savour the moment as much as possible.
