That's why I quoted the relevant section of UK tax regulations.  It 
seems that plenty of sellers are happy to flout the regulations by 
falsifying do***ents, and some buyers expect to get away with not paying 
tax and duty on im****ts, but as the law stands they are liable to pay it 
and can be prosecuted if they try to avoid it.  As for buying stuff from 
China, you can never really be sure what it is you're getting, although 
plenty of sellers seem to provide good products and service.
