Right you are, especially for such cameras!
I bought 2 DSLR's. Everytime, I also bought the book for my model in the
Magic Lantern Guide series. Not only did I read the guide that came with
the
camera but the other as well. It helps discover all possibilities and
knowing your tool inside out helps you take better photos.
