Well, taking a ****rt as an example, you could use the same approach as TV 
and film SFX guys use....

Lets say the ****rt is blue.
Get your model to wear orange gloves, wrap an orange scarf around their
face 
and neck, and get them to stand against an orange background.
I say orange, but really, just make sure it's a strongly contrasting
colour.
Now you can use the colour selection tool in photoshop to remove
everything 
by the ****rt.
In fact, if the colour is contrasty enough, even the magic wand tool will
do 
the job for you.

The question is, do you want to do that much fannying around with gloves, 
scarves and backdrops?
