In video this would be chroma key (blue screen / green screen). Just make
what you don't want to show blue or green. The keying makes it
transparent.
Then put what you want to show onto a background. Don't know if anything
sup****ts the resolution you need though. I have it in Studio9+(720X480)
but
haven't played with it yet. Newer software may do 1080p video 1920X1080 if
that's high enough. Colors like teal might be a problem but don' think
there
would be any editing when it worked. Might be possible to use other colors
for chroma key. Says fine detail like hair can be a problems so something
like lace may be as well. Using chroma key for this is just a thought for
you to research. Good luck.
Playing with it a little bit, could make red transparent so it is
selectable. Probably you'd only need a band of color at the clothes edges.
The rest of the picture could easily be erased in photo software. I really
need to get some green to play with this.
