Hi,

Find a camera that uses AA batteries; usually two batteries. Get a set 
of the new Eneloop NiMH rechargeable batteries with a low discharge 
rate. After 2 years, they still hold 80% of their charge. If you are 
near a Costco store, they often have a sale on Eneloop sets of batteries 
and a charger.
