Hi, everyone.  Thanks for all the replies!  Actually, I was looking
for something like a G9 which takes a battery other than a AA and I
would like to remove it from the camera and place it into a charger
that is always plugged in so that I could be certain that it would be
usable in an emergency.  Is this possible without overcharging the
battery?  Thanks again.
