I'm looking for a recommendation on a 120 format (6x6) film scanner. I've
looked at what B&H and Adorama have to offer and it seems to come down to
the Nikon Coolscan 9000. I read some reviews on that which are generally
have a negative tone, however they date back to around 2004. By now I
would
think that the problems that were related in those reviews have been
pretty
much addressed by Nikon.
Can anybody share their experiences with the 9000? Are there any other
film
scanners available for the 120 format?
I am planning on basically using it for BW negative scans, although color
is
not out of the question.
