Good light? just about any good strobes (800W or so) would do the trick

Doesn't put too much light? the strobe has option to set the amount of
light, so you can control how much light you need to do the job. Also, a
light meter is usually a good combination for strobe

Can be moved easily? strobes isn't heavy but little big to move around.
If
you want much lighter to move around, then depending on your camera system
you can get 2-3 good FLASHES and use them as Master/Slave.

	- Flash doesn't have power and some features of a strobe, but for small
job 2-3 flashes should give plenty of light.

	- Depending on your camera system, you may be able to get around with 2
flashes plus the wireless remote trigger, or 3 flashes.

	- Depending on the flash, sometime flash is more expensive then strobe.
Or with 3 flashes you are looking at $1000-1300, or you can go for a
little cheaper set for around $600-800?

Too much light in the eyes? is how you control the flash
