Well said - the guy must just be flaming some adversary of his. Usualy 
internet crap.

Question for you - are you suggesting you would prefer the subject ot 
be dead center, or applauding the composition of the photographer?

For my own preference, I would argue for applying the rule of thirds to 
a single subject composition like this one (the "Swiss grid") - which 
would suggest that this photo is very well composed.
