Yes Abes has an excellent reputation, as does B & HE, Adorama, Hunts and
many others. There are a few bad apples that give the reputable dealers a
bad name.
I went into a local store and looked at what I thought was a brand new
lens,
with a US warranty. When I asked the price it was several hundred dollars
less than the street price.
The dealer explained that it was a used lens and gave me the right of
rerun
within 30 days. It was a refre****ng experience. Yes, I will do business
with
that dealer again, even if he charges a few bucks more than the Internet
price.
