The film itself looks like 120 format Ilford FP4, a B&W ISO 125 (DIN 22)
negative film.

The neg seems to have a very rough rebate around it, almost as though
the film gate of the camera was masked with a piece of card or something
to make a smaller neg.
Most 120/220 format cameras have a 6x6cm negative size (usually really
5.5x5.5cm once the film gate is taken into account), some are 6x4.5cm
neg size and others are 6x9cm neg size.
On second thought, the neg looks like it was taken in a 6x4.5cm neg size
camera, the top and bottom of the image look like they were blocked by
shooting the picture through a gap in something or rather.
