Menu 2, first option AEB (Auto Exposure Bracketing) allows you take to a
sequence of three shots up to +/- 2 stops in 1/3 stop increments. This
actually shoots at the metered setting, then under, then over.
Re: settings it will depend entirely on what you are shooting but a good
place to start could be to set the camera to manual and select bulb, then
experiment with varying aperture settings . Obviously a sturdy tripod and
a
cable release would be useful.
