Set your camera so that it will take a burst or series of images. The
camera will take 3: one on setting, one over and one under. I am not
sure about this because I use a remote release, but you may be able to
do the same thing using the self timer. You should have a setting for
single exposure, multiple exposures in a burst and self timer on the
top LCD display,
Be sure and set you exposure back to taking single shots when you are
through because there may be nothing more irritating than pressing the
shutter for a great image and have nothing happen for 10 seconds.
