Without that info, I could only provide a list of possible things.
It does look like the neg is Ilford FP4, but everything else is just a
guess based on available information.
Maybe the negs you have are the result of copying projected 35mm or 128
slides by photographing them with a medium format camera?
The shape would suggest that, as well as the "not really square" rebate
around the edge could have been the cardboard frame that slides are
usually mounted into.
