Around 1980 I took some really pleasing night shots from the roof of a car
park at Heathrow (long exposures and clichéd headlight/brakelight trails
etc) and another series around Westminster and the Houses of Parliament.
Given the current paranoid climate and high security around air****ts I
would
think long and hard before doing so again.
Only this week a BBC Radio Stoke re****ter "of Arabic appearance" was
wrestled to the ground by police because he was re****ted acting
suspiciously
by members of the public. Then again he was wearing a backpack with wires
and aerials protruding from it :-)
