Don't forget you want lots of pictures of the Parish council and the 
officials Put them on the web site and NAME THEM.  You would be 
surprised how many officials who want their name in lights when being 
elected or helping samll children saving puppies who get very shy when 
they are doing things like putting quarries in villages.

Make them VERY visibly and personally responsible  for their own 
actions.
