I took your comment exactly as you stated above. Using another persons
work 
without their permission is no different than stealing. Unfortunately,
your 
reminder is necessary.
Besides, my intellectual property lawyer friends keep reminding me that if

you don't take vigorous steps to enforce your rights you may very well
lose 
them>
