If you do this search (search for "AA batteries" at
DigitalCamera-HQ.com) :

And then narrow the search to "Ultra-Compact" it turns up these cameras:
Nikon Coolpix L18; Canon PowerShot A460; Canon PowerShot A410; Olympus
FE-140; Pentax Optio S50; Pentax Optio S40. (For some reason it also
turns up one camera that does not take AA batteries...)
