A tall order you want there. A caption not on the picture means that
the picture cannot fill the frame, to leave room for the title. This is
up to you as to how you size the image.
I don't know of any program that will extract the exif data and use it
as a title, or from a datafile. The latter would have to be typed in
anyway, so you might as well type it into the slide program.
You might look at PicturesToExe, an inexpensive AV program that produces
very high quality exe files for showing via a computer and data
projector. It will also make DVDs, either 4:3 or 16:9, but the picture
quality is vastly degraded on a TV compared with the computer version
due to TV's poor pixel equivalent, about 720 * 576 or so for PAL and
even less for NTSC.
