Windows Mouse Driver 6.2 and possibly earlier, I don't know, allows a
mouse
button to be set as a magnifier.
This creates an enlarged rectangle on the screen. You can modify the size
and shape and magnification of the rectangle.
The centre of the rectangle follows the mouse pointer around the screen.
