From somene who has never used L glass, Rita ...

Canon once thought of putting a Nikon mode into their bodies.
The minutes of that meeting note that would entail (according
to Rita):
- Max resolution of 1024x786
- extreme oversharpening
- Bokeh so ugly it frightens small children
- blown highlights
- Focussing on anything but the eyes in ****traits
- a complete inability to compose images
- A completely anal phase in photography
- Metering only works on selected lenses, as the light meter
needs enough CPU power in the lens
- AF only works on selected AF lenses
- Fanboys claiming everything works with every lens
....
At this point everyone in the meeting was laughing so hard it
had to be adjurned. As they noted: "You can mount a Nikon lens
to a Canon body, if you really want, but you cannot mount Canon
lens to Nikon bodies ... so we are way more compatible anyway."
