Sounds like what you want is something like one of those large
****table spotlights you can buy at places like home depot, walmart,
west marine, etc. Take out the bulb and put in a flash tube at the
flocal point. Maybe even another reflector in front of the tube to
reflect the forward part of the flash back into the reflector.
