Hey, that´s some serious "high speed off the shelf" jerky recipe, you 
definitely don´t want to wait long for your chew, eh? LOL Maybe i should
try 
it, I must admit i take a more complicated approach with all the marinade 
ingredients, but the result is worth it IMHO... and one steak ... hey,
that 
would last only a few minutes in my family... that´s why i always make 12

pounds of beef at once... then i have some peace and quiet for a few
months 
again.
