Seems to be wider than your ISP, it has been so quiet here that I
thought my news client was faulty, no new news on most of my groups, and
some were reverting to telling me I had thousands of messages waiting,
as if all my history was lost - but it seems to have come right now.
Oh yes, my ISP is Xtra in New Zealand and I get my mail from Teranews,
the only free server I can find since Xtra canned their news service but
didn't reduce the monthly charge.
