I think you're right. The company that market these cameras is not Agfa,
but 
they have a license to use the name.
But the camera works great.

I have a torn tendon in my shoulder and can't lift anything heavy. Might 
take quite a while. The D300 is great, but I also was missing a "stupid" 
button for quick shots. Like scenes and such.
The D300 was pretty expensive and I was able to sell it for a reasonable 
price. So with the money I plan to get a Sony A350 with tilting (real) 
Liveview and 14 MP. Leaves me with some extra cash for some good glass ;-)
