To me, the colors look about like what I see in similar settings, not 
like what used to be called the "Technicolor effect" which was basically 
heavily enhanced color. The lower picture, the one with the brilliant 
yellow composite, might seem too vivid to some, but I spent yesterday 
driving through the central Texas hill country and saw many yellow 
flowers that looked just that vivid. Some people, though, seem to prefer 
somewhat subdued color rendition.
