LOL, matter of fact, you're right!
It was around noon and the ****tuguese are well known for their "sacred" 
lunch. Much stores close from 1:00-2:30 PM and, except for rush hour in
the 
cities, the streets are empty. It wasn't that I told everyone to get out
of 
my picture ;-)
