Why are you stalking me Mr Ralph?
Your attempts to shed responsibility for illegally altering my images
and using then in a manner not covered by fair dealings... There is no
"Fair USE" of copyright material in Australia... And then try and make
out you don't own your own web site simply fortifies the case that you
really haven't any idea of the seriousness of what you did or the
consequences.
Listening to bush lawyers or trying to make out you are one yourself can
be an incredibly dangerous practice. Truth is no defense to defamation
in Queensland where my business is and where the property you stole came
from.
Think on that for a moment Jeff... Plenty before you have fallen foul of
Queensland laws. There are other twists to defamation laws in Queensland
you really ought to be aware of before you continue on this bent of
yours. Maybe then you'll have a less belligerent approach to what you
are doing.
The Copyright Act currently contains a number of exceptions to copyright
known as the ‘fair dealing’ exceptions. The fair dealing exceptions
are
also based on a concept of fairness but are confined to four specific
purposes, such as study criticism and review.
You might care to note also that "satire" and review by people out to
defame the IP owner are not included in the exceptions ...nor are
altering the work by including other people's copyright work in it.
Plagiarism is when you take someone's copyright work and alter it, then
republish it. You see Mr smart ass, once you altered my image, you
effectively threw away any defense you might have had to that charge.

You are absolutely right Jeff. You made far too many assumption that are
wrong. After this little exchange... I think calling you an idiot is
being kind to you although it might insult all the other idiots.

From the Australian white pages telephone book:
We haven't been able to find a listing that either exactly or closely
matches your input. Please note: the name you are looking for may not be
listed, or they've chosen to have their details hidden.
The number rang out on 5 separate attempts by the secretary at my
lawyers. You are clearly both a LIAR and a nasty bastard Jeff.
Here's some advise for you... If you are just 1/4th as smart as you
think you are... You'll divest yourself of my intellectual property and
in place of it - at the link you keep publi****ng you'll put an apology
to me for having used my intellectual property without my permission.
Personally, I don't think you are that smart but go ahead and surprise
me... The lawyers fees are a legitimate expense I can claim for tax
purposes. How are you going to justify your legal costs?
