Maybe the Australian legal system is different, but on this side of the
world
lawyers usually tell their clients to STFU if they actually have a valid
case
and do their talking in court. A plaintiff with a weak case may shoot off
his
yap to try to influence public opinion, but one with a strong case will
probably prefer not to tip his hand. YMMV, of course, so keep yammering if
you
think it's a good tactic.

Or is all this talk of lawsuits and process servers ultimately just a
bluff?
