I don't think there is a "true" IR film available. Kodak
film had sensitivity extending well into the IR range below
visible light. Other films, like Konica's, really are just
extended red films which will give something of an IR effect
but are not suitable for scientific purposes.

I think Kodak still makes a true IR film for aerial camera
use. Some sizes may be adaptable to sheet film cameras.
