No, nothing like that. His posts (including this last one you
quoted from) made it to rec.photo.equipment.aps, so he may be having
problems with his newsreader (Mozilla) or with his news server. He
might want to refresh/update his newsgroup list to see if his server
dropped rec.photo.equipment.aps. His previous message in
rec.photo.equipment.aps was posted last January and wasn't
crossposted to any other ng's, so if his server dropped the ng, it
was done since then.
