Hello Wojtek.
I have used 800ASA print film and I was pleasantly surprised at the grain.
It was not too bad.
The 100ASA Fuji slide film was excellent and the results were as good, to
my
eye, as the 35mm slides I used to shoot.
I still have some rolls of the slide film and I hope that Fuji still have
their lab in Germany to process it.
I agree with the comments about the Vectis S1. Lovely camera with nice,
light and compact lenses.
If 400ASA film was still available here in the UK then I would still be
using the camera.
On the other hand, I shot over 1,200 pictures on a seven days holiday last
January. That would have cost a lot (!) for processing whereas because I
was
using a Canon EOS350D there was no cost at all.
That was on a holiday. For daily use, I used to carry the Vectis S1 and a
couple of lenses. I now carry the EOS350D and two lenses but this is
bulkier
and heavier than the lovely Vectis S1!
Regards, Ian.
