Oh, you must mean the same thing that Americans ask me when I sell to 
Americans:  to falsely declare  the value on Canadian customs forms so 
they can save a few bucks.  Your compatriots are just as guilty.

As for UPS, they rip us off because, under the Free Trade Agreement, 
there is no duty on used photographic equipement so there is no need for 
a broker yet they insist on charging brokerage fees.  I much prefer US 
Post Office and Canadian Post office because they do not charge a 
brokerage fee when there is nothing to be collected.  Canada Post 
doesn't even collect tax most of the time, maybe once out of 20-30. 
With UPS, its all the time.  That's why Canadians hate UPS and their 
service in Canada is LOUSY!
