Wray Special Copy Lens 5" f/4-16

Seller said it was used for integrated circuit lithography.

Seems unusually large/heavy when one considers a Polaroid Tominon f/
4.5 127 mm is about the same, by description.

Anyone know what was 'Special' about this lens, and whether there is
risk of it being a monochromatic design? Apparently not uncommon with
integrated circuit lithography optics, but I don't know how common
among copy lenses (Other than Opti-Copy's monster lenses)

Thanks

Murray
