The reason for 60 seconds per minute and 60 minutes per hour is that 60 
is evenly divisible by 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 20, and 30.

The reason for 24 hours in a day is that 24 is evenly divisible by 1, 2, 
3, 4, 6, 8, and 12.
