WWII U.S. Army Soldiers Pictures, Papers, & Letters Lot
This is a lot of over 20 pictures, letters, and papers from a couple of WW
II U.S. Army Soldiers. They were fighting in European Campaign based on
their shoulder patches and the background scenes in the photographs.
Included are photographs of a group of GIs in front of their camp, single
portrait photographs of a GI in uniform (Ike Jacket), GIs playing
instruments and singing on stage what looks to be an enlistemens club
(White
and Black men), photograph of small town with mountains in the background
(Alps ?), friends at home sitting on old car just prior to leaving home
(showing wear of partial uniform), cash receipts, studio photographs of
GIs
in uniform, and letter envelopes, and a wedding card. These are all in
excellent condition.
