Kyle and Leslie Mann of Re/Max First Choice have partnered with
Community Magazines, LLC, publisher of Metrowest Magazine, to sponsor
their first “My Hometown” Photo Contest. This fun event gives amateur
and professional photographers alike an op****tunity to show off their
hometown. The first prize winner will receive a $500. gift certificate
to Hunt Photography, one of the area’s largest photo retailers. Winning
and finalist photos will be published in the September 2008 issue of
Metrowest Magazine and on the Community Tour section of
www.positiverelocation.com, an informative, objective source for
learning about Metrowest suburbs and the area housing market. <p>
Entries should reflect the special beauty and character of the
Metrowest town of choice. Entrants will be asked to share a 30-word
description about what the photo means to them. Images will be judged
on originality, technical excellence, composition, artistic merit, and
overall impact. The judges will favor scenic views of historic
downtowns, natural settings, distinctive architecture, and other areas
that make the town special. The contest started today and will run
through August 1, 2008. It’s free to participate. 300dpi digital photos

in JPEG format. The
lucky winner will be notified by August 15, 2008.
