Actually, compared with most photo contests this is a very responsible
couple of clauses - a model release for publicity, plus a one year
licence to use the image ONLY to promote the contest, and
modification/montage ONLY with the 'consent of the contributor'.
The TUC is being very correct here, not doing it wrong. What else would
you expect them to do?
