I do keep in mind that quotation marks should be used properly or not at
all. Note that I used them around "photo quality" to indicate that some
manufacturers use the term loosely, as in, "Buy this awesome computer
system
from the Shopping Channel, and if you call in the next ten minutes you get
this super duper photo quality printer absolutely free!!!"
No, I will not agree "that it is not always best to avoid those," and may
I
suggest that you photocopy your lease do***ents because that will be
cheaper
and easier.
