Has anyone had any dealings with 7dayshop.com in the last couple of weeks?

I ordered something at the beginning of the month, I received a query
about 
the credit card used so updated the details. It quoted the order number
etc 
so genuine.

Last week I realised that I had not received the order so updated the 
details again.

I have sent them three messages using the contact system (no EMail address

given by them) but have had no reply or acknowledgement and the order is 
still showing "payment required".

I have used them previously and never had any problems so just wondering
if 
there something wrong with the company at the moment.
