Most (all?) dedicated flashes will work in non-dedicated mode.

Do you have something against eBay?

That seems excessive - I paid under a fiver including delivery for a=20
boxed Miranda 650 OM, which has tilt and zoom and a guide number of 120=20
feet. It happens to have TTL dedication that works with one of my=20
cameras, but it also has three auto ranges and manual mode. I also
have=20
a neat little Sunpak tilt-and-swivel jobbie that cost a couple of quid.

Whistles and bells, but how many have a hot shoe or PC sync socket?
How=20
many take standard filters, or work without a battery?

Well less, including a lens? Sounds unlikely to me, but I don't pay=20
much attention to modern kit.
