I spoke to my MP and he's sup****ted it. Only ONE THIRD of MPs see the
need.
Incidentally, regarding the OP, I wrote a balanced letter to the Mail's
message board, sayign nothing illegal re taking photos in public, but
there were times when it was reasonable for someone to ask you politely
to desist.
I note that it said "30 replies received - mine not being one of them!"
Moderation is not what the Mail requires!
